Providing Timely Information on Chapter Activities
Sorry, as popular as it would likely
be, this is not a service where we call all 400 members and update
each of you on all of the Chapter’s activities or alert you to a ride
cancellation. YOU DO THE CALLING, the officers provide the recorded
updates.
There are two separate
capabilities for you to access when making this call.
- There is the HOG CLUB Hotline
feature which provides you a verbal rundown of all near-term chapter
activities , and,
- there is the HOG CLUB Ride
Cancellation feature that alerts you to ride cancellations.
Calling When the
Dealership is Open
Tuesday-Friday, 10:00am – 7:00pm, Saturday, 10:00 – 4:00pm
Dial (301) 248-0900 or (301) 248-1200
When the receptionist answers, and
depending on what information you want:
- ask to be connected to the HOG
CLUB Hotline or extension 6704 or,
- ask to be connected to the HOG
CLUB Ride Cancellation line or extension 6707
- The recorded message will begin
automatically. When you are done listening just hang up. If you want
to listen to each line, you will have to place two separate calls,
whether or not the dealer is open or closed.
Calling When the

Dial (301) 248-0900 or (301)
248-1200.
When the system answers,
- dial 5 for answering options,
then,
- then dial 3 for the HOG CLUB
Hotline, or,
- dial 4 for the HOG CLUB Ride
Cancellation line.

Chapter activities are conducted primarily for the benefit of H.O.G.
Chapter members. There are three categories of Chapter activities
identified as follows.

C - Closed events are those
Chapter events which are open to Chapter members and one guest per
member.
M - Member events are events
that are open only to H.O.G. members.
O - Open events are those
Chapter events which are open to Chapter members, national H.O.G.
members and other guests as desired.
#
N/A - Not applicable events
are events listed on our calendar for the benefit of our Chapter
members but not sponsored or controlled by our Chapter.

Information updates via E-mail are sent to members who
have provided the Chapter their e-mail addresses. Updates may be sent
several times a week or sometimes every two weeks, it just depends on
what's going on.
HOG-announce is an announce-only list
serv type application and your e-mail address is never disclosed to
anyone. We try to protect our members addresses and privacy as much as
possible.
If you have not provided an e-mail
address and would like to, just drop a note to our Chapter Secretary
or Membership Officer and ask to be added to the list.
