Chapter Participation Program
Fort Washington Maryland Chapter
Harley Owners Group
Purpose:
The goal of this program is to serve as an
incentive to Chapter members to participate in all types of Fort Washington
H.O.G. activities and rides.
All members who want to participate in the
program will receive a pre-printed “log book” that they are responsible for
keeping and presenting for validation at appropriate times. The log book is
a single fold, heavy paper booklet that measures approximately 3 ½" X 5"
when folded.
Members are rewarded for participation in any
Fort Washington H.O.G. activity or ride.
Examples include:
-
Monthly Chapter Meetings
-
Chapter Ride
-
Poker Run
-
Dealership Rolling Thunder Volunteer
-
Dealership Open House Volunteer
-
LOH Event
-
Movie Night
-
Extreme Bowling
-
HOG’s at the Beach
When a member accumulates 15 points, they
will be awarded a round pin. The pin is approximately 1” in diameter and has
Ft. Washington Activity Award surrounding a large 15 in the middle.
Subsequent awards will be a curved rocker pin each time a member acquires 15
additional points.

Any of the Primary Officers, Discretionary
Officers Road Captains, and Dealership General Managers can award points.
Points are awarded by identifying the date and the event in the log book
along with the approving initials.
If a member loses or destroys their
pre-printed log book, any and all activities logged are NULL and VOID. The
member is not authorized to “recreate” previous activities; the member must
start from zero points.
