2012 FORT WASHINGTON HOG MILEAGE CHALLENGE
Once again the Mileage Challenge has returned to Fort
Washington HOG. The rider with the most verified miles ridden will be the
winner of the top award. But, the Officers know that most members work and
simply cannot ride as much as they would like, so to keep the Challenge fun
and as fair as possible they are awarding more than just the top prize and
having your name on the Mileage Challenge Plaque in the HOG room. Four other
lucky people will win an award. They will be determined on a raffle basis
from all the other riders entered. All riders who enter and turn in their
final verified mileage by the end of the December HOG meeting will
automatically be entered into the raffle. Each rider will get one chance for
entering and one additional chance for each 1000 miles ridden. (Example: you
enter and ride 5000 miles, you would get 6 chances in the raffle). The top
mileage winner will not be eligible for the raffle and other entries may
only win one raffle award.
To enter the Mileage Challenge you have to:
-
Bring your bike to any HOG
Chapter meeting, ride, event, or to the service department and have your
mileage verified by filling out a Fort Washington Mileage Challenge Form
and giving it to a road captain, primary officer, service writer, or drop
it in the HOG box at the front of the dealership.
-
Then, before the end of the
December HOG meeting have your ending mileage verified and turned in. Your
ending mileage will also be used as your starting mileage for the next
year’s challenge.
-
The Head Road Captain will
rule on all questions and his/her decisions are final!
The Officer’s and Road Captains wish you all Good Luck and
a Safe and Fun riding season.
